How it works

  2. 2Press the shortcut (default Ctrl+Shift+K) on any page to open Spotlight search.

  4. 4Open the side panel for full management: drag & drop, rename, bulk move, cleanup.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to use it?

No. Search, the side panel manager and cleanup all work without signing in. An account is only needed for AI organize and cloud backup.

Is search really not paywalled?

Correct — unlike most bookmark managers that gate search or item counts behind a subscription, every local feature in Bookmark Commander is free with no limits.

Does it replace Chrome's bookmark system?

No, it works on top of it. Your bookmarks stay in Chrome and keep syncing through your Google account; the extension is a faster interface to the same data.

Does it work on Edge or Brave?

Any Chromium-based browser that supports Manifest V3 side panels works, including Edge and Brave.
