1. Who we are

Bookmark Commander (bookmark.xeviora.com) is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, installing our browser extension or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bookmark Commander.

2. The service

Bookmark Commander is a Chrome browser extension with a companion website. Its local features — Spotlight search, the side panel bookmark manager and the cleanup tools (duplicates, dead links, empty folders) — run entirely in your browser and are free. With an account you can also use two server-side features: AI organize, which proposes a folder structure for the bookmarks you select, and cloud backup, which stores snapshots of your bookmark tree so you can download or restore them later.

When you run AI organize, the titles, URLs and folder paths of the bookmarks you selected, and any instructions you type, are sent to our AI service provider OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to, only to generate the proposal. Nothing in your browser changes until you review and apply it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. If we remove a core paid feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

3. Accounts

You need an account only for AI organize and cloud backup. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts on this site are independent of accounts on other Xeviora products.

4. Payments, billing and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout for all Xeviora products is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Charges appear on your card or bank statement as "PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA" (or "PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET" for PayPal). For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit https://paddle.net.

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

5. Plans and subscriptions

• Free (no payment required): all local features, a one-time grant of 30 trial AI credits when you create an account, and up to 3 cloud backup snapshots.
• Pro ($4.99 per month or $39 per year): 1,000 AI credits per month and unlimited cloud backup snapshots (each snapshot up to 10 MB).

Paid plans (Pro monthly and Pro yearly) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

6. Credits

Credits are usage units included with your plan that can only be used within Bookmark Commander to access its AI features. Credits are not sold separately. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for any other product or service. Credits are not a stored-value or payment instrument. Credits do not expire while your account is open; they are permanently deleted when you delete your account. Refunds for purchases that include credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

Each AI organize run costs 1 credit per 20 bookmarks submitted (minimum 1 credit), with up to 500 bookmarks per run. If a run fails on our side, the credits charged for it are automatically returned to your account.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase. See our Refund Policy at https://bookmark.xeviora.com/refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bookmark Commander to: break any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; access content or data you are not authorised to access; violate the terms of third-party websites or services; send spam or unsolicited messages; collect personal data about others without a lawful basis; interfere with or overload our systems; or resell or share the service without our permission. You also agree not to store unlawful content in cloud backups.

You may not use AI features to create or distribute: content depicting a real person without their explicit consent; face swaps, deepfakes or voice imitations; sexual or adult content; content that infringes intellectual property or trademarks (including other companies' logos); academic work to be submitted as your own; medical, legal or financial advice; or anything illegal, harmful or deceptive. AI output can be inaccurate — review proposed changes before applying them and keep a backup. We may filter inputs and outputs and suspend accounts that violate this section.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload, including your bookmarks and backups. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you (for example, to store, process or display it). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use with Bookmark Commander. You can delete backups at any time; deleting your account removes your stored data.

10. Intellectual property

Bookmark Commander, Xeviora and their software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on our sites (such as Chrome) belong to their owners; Bookmark Commander is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Bookmark Commander is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Termination

You can stop using Bookmark Commander and delete your account at any time from Settings on bookmark.xeviora.com. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it first from your billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Cancellation of a paid plan is handled as described in section 5.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
