Terms of Service

1. The service

Bookmark Commander ("the service") is a browser extension and companion website operated by Xeviora that provides bookmark search, management and cleanup (free, local features) plus AI-assisted organization and cloud backup (paid features billed via credits and subscriptions). By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You need an account only for cloud features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts on this site are independent of accounts on other Xeviora products.

3. Plans, credits and billing

  • Free accounts include a one-time grant of trial AI credits and a limited number of backup snapshots.
  • Pro subscriptions ($4.99/month or $39/year) include a monthly credit allowance and unlimited backup snapshots. Credits are consumed by AI operations and do not constitute currency; unused subscription credits do not roll over as a guarantee of future service.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • If an AI operation fails on our side, the credits charged for it are automatically refunded to your balance.

4. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering paid features, automating requests beyond normal use, or storing unlawful content in backups. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your data

Your bookmarks remain yours. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete backups at any time; deleting your account removes your stored data.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI suggestions may be imperfect — always review proposed changes before applying them, and keep a backup. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeviora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
